We started using the chatbot feature on our website a few months ago, and we would not look back. It has been super helpful, especially communicating any quires with potential patients. They have the option to leave their details so we can follow up any leads and get them booked in, previously we may have lost these patients. The chatbot replies instantly whereas before it may have taken a member of the team longer. It provides all the information a patient would need from treatment fees to the services we provide and information on this. It has also cut some of our workload. Definitely recommend!
