Darren was very professional, he listened carefully to the brief and produced a detailed set of drawings. He was able to guide an adapt ideas that kept the design in line with what the planning office would accept.

He managed to get my planning permission on the first attempt. Given that our house will be the first house in road to totally change the look from the rest of the street it was quite an accomplishment.

We would highly recommend him and most definitely will use him again in the future.

We employed Darren to design the renovations to our property , it needed be a person with patience and an excellent understanding of living spaces and he certainly hasn’t disappointed so far. He also handled planning permission ( which was successful first go ) as well as all the various other survey malarkey you need to satisfy the planners. As much as anything though he’s helped us select a builder by utilising his extensive knowledge within the industry. Works are set to commence next year and we feel he’s the best person to have onboard to help us negotiate the ups and downs of a project this size. He’s also a very nice guy all around as well and always explained the processes of things when we didn’t understand them . Highly recommend. Tam

Darren supported us with the design of our two-storey extension, bringing creative ideas whilst also listening to our needs and finding solutions to any design challenges. We also highly valued his end-to-end services, so not just designing the extension but taking us right the way through from design to build, with planning permission, building regs, structural engineer etc. all included within his services.
