Unfortunately a difficult review to leave but we feel it must be honest. Mis-sold a product, including maintenance contract. After sales support doesn't exist, failure to return calls or emails. Hidden charges that were not advised until after the money had been taken from bank account. Sadly, avoid at all costs
On a further follow up to this, I have now had a call from them stating if I do not remove the review they will no longer supply the required supplies to enable us to use this printer! Nor will they supply the required part numbers to enable us to order elsewhere. Again I really do stress this company has absolutely no idea of customer service, if bullying and bribery is how they run their business I urge you to avoid and spend your money with a company that will provide the service you will be paying for.

Fantastic service from start to finish!!!
Ciaran from Digital Automation didn’t only sell, he educated and made us feel confident in his service. If you’re a small or large company I strongly recommend using these guys over any one else!
