Called in yesterday ( 10/02/25) as I wanted a photo that was taken at our grandsons wedding turned into a large canvas picture the lady was very helpful we chose the size then she downloaded my picture from my phone took my phone number and this morning (11/01/25) received a text to say it was ready called and picked it up and so pleased with its very clear and now has pride of place on our living room wall will be going back for more would definitely recommend great service

Called in to get some holiday photos printed. Very helpful staff went through adjusting and editing images that didn't fit the selected format. Reasonable price and photos were ready an hour later. I will definitely use them again.

I initially attended to discuss sizes available and costing, staff were helpful in providing all the information I required to sort my photographs and return for printing

Upon return a fabulous service was received when printing photographs from an android device. All the help I required for a variety of sizes of photograph, too, especially as it was a busy afternoon. Very reasonably priced.

I will definitely use this store again for my printing needs. Note to self that more staff are available in the mornings at a weekend if I required additional support.

Iv been in a few times, they always look so bloody miserable. They wouldn't fit my pictures in my frame literly bitten my head off. Terrible service and people skills. I wont be going back. So uncomfortable. The woman always looks like someone has been killed. Very uncomfortable deffo avoid. 🤢🤢😡😡😡😡

Iv been in a few times and you are so rude. I was stupid to go back even others have said how terrible you are no idea how you have all the stars so rude to your customers i only went as I didn't know their was another shop and their is and they are lovely kind and respectful don't work with the public if you hate it that much good god 🤣🤣🤣🤣

This shop is a gem of a local Carlisle business. I recently got back into film photography and have used the shop for buying film and developing. They are always happy to help with advice and answer questions about photography.

My kids took passports photos in this shop, I uploaded the photos in passports office system, the system told the photos poor. I went back to the shop and told the staff what happened, but the staff rejected take a photo again. And said even take the photos again still the same result and said system Robert fault not their fault. I really really not happy the service. It was extremely bad.

Speedy, friendly and helpful service to get some passport photos taken. Been here over the year for all the kids and wife's photos and never had an issue. 👍
