My MacBook wasn't rebooting. Digital Services tested the laptop and found the hard drive flex cable needed replacing. The part was ordered and fitted within 48 hours. I was kept up to date with telephone calls and advised on approximate charges. Really happy with the service.

Missed a call from DSS.. call them back to know at what time my engineer visit was and with the rudest tone of voice I've been told " we left a voice mail ..listen to your voice mail , that's what voice mails are for "
