I took a computer here after spending an evening struggling with it. I had first taken it to another computer repair establishment in the afternoon and they were as puzzled as I.

Another repair shop recommended that I call DirectPromo and they agreed to fit me in at short notice during the busy festive period. Brian took the machine into the back and had it up and running in a matter of minutes.

Not understanding at all as needed a refund due to personal family reasons - I was replied to with “nothing we can do” as I was over the return time. Thought exceptional circumstances may have been considered.

First time build so was a bit confused on some of the RGB set up with different fans. Came down to buy a cable and these guys talked me through the set up and what I needed to do. Really helpful can't thank them enough

Staff definitely know their stuff but not all of them are that friendly (I won’t mention names). I went here a few years ago and the staff did sound a bit hasty towards my father which is not necessarily professional but other than that, they definitely repair tech well.

They sold me this pc case motherboard powersuply and cpu cooler and windows 10 and ssd for another pc i was building for my little cousin and even installed windows for me as i didnt know how to do it they were very helpful and provided me with a warm welcome and great costumer service and i will definitely be going back to the store to buy some more things for my pc

Honestly 10/10, needed my PC fixing and took it down there. Can't thank them enough st how helpful they are and even taking the extra step of giving it a nice clean.
