We have just leased 3 photocopiers with DDG. We have to say the service has been second to none! Cameron made the transition from another company really easy so we were never without a copier. The back up from the company is superb. If we've had the odd issue we have called them and we've had a return phone call within minutes. The service engineers are so helpful and patient. (Especially Steve!) And as for follow up to see if everything is OK from Lynne, this has also been reassuring.

We have been using Document Data Group's printer services for our tuition centre First Class Learning for several months now, and the experience has been outstanding. We especially want to thank Chris, whose guidance during the initial stages and ongoing support have made a significant difference.

Document Data Group have been looking after our PCs and Laptops for a number of years and are very responsive if we have any problems. They also installed our server and moved us to temporary premises with no fuss and most importantly with minimum downtime. Document Data took over the lease of our photocopier following the retirement of our previous supplier, a seemless transition and their service is excellent. We have recently upgraded our machine and are saving money on copies. Support is always available for any issues along with remote support and any problems are mostly fixed same day. Highly recommend
