Craig cooked a fantastic evening meal for 12 adults over Easter weekend. He’s incredibly personable and chatted through lots of options prior to the event, turned up on time and we didn’t have to do a thing all evening other than eat and drink. The canapés were amazing and he talked us through the background to his suppliers and recipe ideas. His son Riley was an excellent waiter and he was very flexible in catering for a variety of ages and tastes.
