Really impressed. My son's laptop broke down, and with home schooling we needed it working ASAP. The team at Easyway are easy to deal with, explained everything in detail, and kept me up to date throughout the whole process - they're also extremely good value.

Absolutely awesome place.
Cannot thank these guys enough for the help they gave me in setting my computer up.

I had built a PC from scratch (first time) but encountered a problem in my motherboard’s BIOS as the cpu I had bought was incompatible.

These guys were able to recommend which motherboard would best suit my needs and by the end of the same week I had brought it in my PC was fully operational.

I spoke to a Josh and a John today and Josh seems to be at the front desk is really helpful and has a nice phone manor.

When I got to the John I was a waste of his time. I said several times I want to upgrade my CPU to get better performance and my motherboard. Further down the conversation I was told "Is that everything I really do have other things I can get on with" and "I really do not understand what you want to accomplish here" I said I wanted to upgrade my computer. As soon as I said well I want to come down to get you guys to fit it he seemed to brighten up a bit on the phone. I got some component recommendations which is helpful but I decided to cut the conversation by saying "Ill let you go as you must be very busy with other things to do thank you for your help"

But as a long time customer I will have to go with someone else which is real shame as I always would come to you for advice and is now time to find another company.

I am a lecturer so my computer is perhaps the most important piece of equipment I have, and it doesn't help that I am a little computer illiterate. Spoke to Josh on the phone who put me completely at ease, took it in, they checked it, fixed it and I have in back - all in a day. Completely trustworthy. Choose this computer support shop.
