We are a GP Dispensing Practice and telephones play an important role for us. Desperate to future proof and move into the 21st Century and drive down operating costs, we decided to tender for a new system. Eclipse clearly stood out both competitively and provided a friendly and personal service across all levels. They carried out new cabling to host the new telephone system and in addition put in new additional cabling on request for out network. The quality of workmanship was excellent and this had to be carried out over a weekend (see before and after of our comms cabinet) Well done Toby.

Implementation on a busy Monday morning was seamless and patients would have not known a new system had been put in place... Well done to all the Team @ Eclipse.

Excellent service from Prabs and Toby. They handled our change over from the old supplier with no issues. Installation was done when they said it would be, no disruption at all, very quick and all done very efficiently. The installation process was explained at each stage and the engineer, Liam, was very knowledgeable. No pushy sales pitch from Prabs or Toby - just honest, upfront, genuine guys. Always happy to help and great to deal with.

Prabs helped me with our internet connection. We opened Dandelion & Hoglet holiday cottages but were unable to get a decent internet connection. At times it was like the old dial up. Prabs came out and did a detailed assessment of the cottages and then supplied us with a SIM card in a rooter. Magic. Thank you so much Prabs
