Great place, good facilities.
Started doing a diploma here and it's been wonderful so far. No real parking near but the market car park isn't too far which is a good price for all day

Went for an appointment in the day. Easy to find near the market and passport office. Parking isn't great so would recommend parking near the market in the multi storey car park. Receptionist was polite and courteous.
