Element Media Limited - Houghton le Spring

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on Element Media - the key thing was how helpful they were even before I had decided to go with them and the fact that they had considerable experience in my industry. Right from the get go, I knew I was in good hands. I am not technical and both Michael and Dawn were great at explaining things and responding to my requests. I am delighted with the finished product and continued support package.

Iv been working with Michael from the start of my business some six years ago. He has helped me through brand design, business support, web design and even designed my very first logo before then going through a rebrand with me. He always goes above and beyond and one thing that always stick out for me is when I ask my clients how they found me they always tell me how impressed and professional my website is and that was one of main deciding factors they booked. Michael is great at providing content for my website and suggesting ways to help promote my business. The seo work he provides keeps me showing on the first page of Google organically so I’m very happy with all the work Michael has done for me. Would not trust anyone else. Thank you Michael

Michael is brilliant, he is so helpful, and made the whole thing so easy by sending me links to images etc. to save me time. I brought my website across to Michael, but the changes he suggested are so much better than what I had before and I trust him 100% to manage it well for me!

Micheal was efficient, friendly and knowledgable. He helped me through the basics of social media, and associated software tools. He was clear in direction, and great a time keeping. I would highly recommend Michael.

We recently had our website redeveloped by Element Media and it now looks amazing. The process was smooth and professional. I would highly recommend Michael and Dawn at Element Media for website development.
