A real honest and very good person to work on your computer. Very happy with Tony: he did a good job. Helped me in a very desperate moment. He worked on my Lenove Touch Screen PC that was broken after a drop and fixed it for me. I can surely recommend him.

Had great service, was able to look at my computer quickly and listened to the problem I thought I had. After a quick look, He was able to solve the problem and update the computer for me. Would highly recommend. More importantly very honest and kept me informed through out.

Oh my gosh! Where do I begin!! Tony was amazing! I took 2 laptops to him. One was any easy fix, but the second one was in cyber heaven. He removed the hard drive and retrieved all my data. The main thing I wanted was family photos of my siblings, who both sadly passed in 2016. Tony kept me updated with photo's of the process and findings. Such a lovely guy, would highly recommend! Has great morals and did not RIP me off financially!

Absolutely chuffed! Not only did Tony resolve my non working computer, he also downloaded programs to enable me to actually use my printer/scanner. It was like having an IT training session at the same time. Very impressed with Tony's knowledge and know-how. I will definately recommend Elite 1to1 to all my friends and family. My son (18yrs old) bought a computer to bulid him self for his university work and we are novises at this and was struggling as it wouldn't power on. After a whole lot of stress and frustration i rang this gentleman's number the second one listed on Google search for computer repair in walsall and he was amazing, he talked my son through it told him how to test the power supply and reconnect the mother board free of charge. We got it working it was amazing I had to ring him again just to say thank you for your help 10 star rating from me.

Very helpful, the problems with laptop which has a black screen only from the start sorted within 24 hrs, with all software and add-ons done, few advices from Mr in case other issues, perfect?
