Took copper into EMR Blaydon got asked if I wanted same day payment it was only £2 but besides the point as I still haven't received any payment? I've left an email waiting for a reply as it's now Saturday and they close at 11am so can't get in touch to find out were said payment is untill Monday! Shocking

Had a little lead off garage roof to sell. Plenty of friendly staff to greet you and explain what to do. Good price paid. Receipt given with payment by bank transfer very efficient. Would use again. Arrived by bicycle and ID is required but I had this with me.

Scales are rigged !! Went with approximately 30kg of heavy copper and they weighed it at 19kg tut tut naughty, won't be visiting again. Make sure you know your weight before you go and tell me I'm wrong. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤬

Excellent service. Great prices. Very happy..

. Until today I was onsite at 11 20am and was refused to enter the yard as it was closed. , hours online clearly display 1130 am closing on Saturdays. Wasted time and fuel loading driving and now unloading again.
Was also told they don't accept scrap cars at the minute? Why won't they accept cars at scrap yard Blaydon goin down hill and closing early..
Also I have been using this yard for a good while now and the prices are hit and miss. They always put my bright and clean ally through as dirty. Not happy tbh

I was offered 395 by 2 staff members for a car that i delivered. 4 days later I only received 340. They claim the catalytic converter had no precious metals left?!? When was this mentioned...never. Is it even true

Very good and quick service. The man on the site helped me with unloading. No queue on the road access or in side the place. All staff nice and polite. Good rates. Highly recommend this place.
