Disappointing. Despite chasing number times for a quote and finally receiving one, communication then when completely dead. This was a passive way of being told your custom was not important to them or a priority since they had made it clear they were busy. Ultimately was able to find a better quote and quick turn around time from an alternative source.

On the positive side, the administrator that I spoke to on the phone was always very polite.
