Like an earlier reviewer stated my company used a company which was bought out by EPX. Previous company superb, new company more than doubled our fees and it has been consistently awful. All our staff say the same, urgent issues never dealt with within the day, despite our pleas. We will be soon moving elsewhere, looking at the other 'positive reviews' I'd question whether they are genuine local business served by EPX.

We have been working with EPX for a number of years now and they have always been helpful and responsive to the IT Tickets I pass on to them. Absolutely appalling customer service. I raised a ticket on 15/02/2023 that I couldn't access our server, it is now the 21/02/2023 and no-one has rang to sort it out. We were with a previous company who got bought by EPX, since the purchase there is no-one to talk to and customer service is non-existent, I have called around 15 times in the last 5 days chasing a resolution and keep getting promised call backs that do not materialise.
