My computer made a loud bang, lost power and couldn't get it to turn back on. Quick google for the closest repair shop lead me to Exlen. Drove down and explained my issue, the man took my details to book it in, answered any queries I had, explained they'll give me a call when they diagnose the issue and offer a solution and quote.
Next day I got the call, was my power supply. I agreed with the plan they had, and the price. Same afternoon I managed to collect it.
Very quick service. Man and his colleague was very nice to us, can't fault anything. Happy I got my PC back. Even asked where my son was on the collection, as he came with me on the drop off.

I would like to share my appreciation for Harry sparing some time to help me sort out an issue I had with my Marantz CD receiver set up. After having a new full fibre broadband installation and a new router, the system lost connection to our wifi. I called Exlen for some advice after spending hours running through the set ups, online help etc. and Harry was brilliant. He took the time out of his, no doubt busy day, to talk me through some options over the phone and was very patient. His solution worked once I had gone through the steps he suggested and the system is now fully functional again. I cannot thank you enough and will certainly recommend you to others.
