After deliberating about removing an old conservatory at our bungalow in Derby we decided we probably needed some architectural expertises into this. I contact Stuart and we arranged an initially visit.
We decided on a couple of design options after Stuart’s experience suggested a completely different idea in addition to ours . He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions as to how this could be achieved within our budget .
The actual 3D plans were concise and clear and we are in the process of obtaining planning through Stuart on an extension that we would never had thought of if we had not had his input. His communication and help throughout has been exemplary.

I’ve no doubt that investing in Stuart at Extended Ideas at the planning stage of our project has been invaluable and we are hopeful our dream home will soon become a reality.

We were looking to extend our home in Hilton, Derbyshire. I had a pretty fixed idea of what I wanted but was unable to visualise the finished look.

We asked Stuart, our architect from Extended Ideas, to show us what we would be able to do with the space, and he provided us with a couple of design options. Seeing the option I had asked for in 3D plans made me realise that it didn't really tick all the boxes I thought it would. After a few more designs, we arrived at the perfect solution. ? If we hadn't gone to Stuart, we would have made a very expensive mistake!
