We have used Feefo since 2018 and we have found the platform user-friendly and easy to operate. Support tickets are answered promptly and the customer service team are extremely helpful and well-informed. Feefo offer a variety of widgets to help display reviews and the gathering and display of genuine customer feedback is a wonderful way of demonstrating that we are a trusted brand.

I was invited to leave a review for a retailer automatically by Feefo, based on a service appointment I'd booked. My experience was poor, as the retailer in question couldn't provide the service at the appointment and has subsequently booked in a new appointment. I left feedback to this effect via Feefo, only for them to reject the review as I haven't received the product I'm reviewing.

I'd say the fact I've not received the service in the first place, is a completely valid thing to review. It feels like Feefo is biased towards supporting the retailers and not honest customer reviews or feedback.

Honestly, the most pointless review platform I’ve come across.

I left a positive review for a property I stayed in for holiday, the property was lovely and we said we would stay again, the only criticism being that for a property which rents out for 1000 to 1500 a week they should be annually maintaining it better in the winter months when it’s out of season - eg decorating it and deep cleaning (which they hadn’t)

They removed my review stating it breached the terms, how ridiculous to have a review platform that artificially moderates reviews, utterly pointless.

In a nut shell, avoid using companies that use fee go as the reviews are not accurate reflections of customer experiences, as is demonstrated in the 2 star review they have in their own Google page, if this was a feefo page the review would have deleted all of these comments.

Pulled my honest review and won't answer the phone or reply to my requests for it to be reinstated. Basically they are paid by their clients to create restrictive policies on what is deemed relevant/useful/accurate so they can filter out all the really negative stuff. Won't be relying on Feefo for any product recommendations in future that's for sure.

It is my opinion that Feefo is not a great company & their approach to moderation and reviews isn’t a fair one.
Their hub is also pretty rubbish.
They need to do more to assist their customers and provide a much better service

I attempted to leave a one-star review of a company I'd recently purchased from who had delivered sub-standard goods and who were very, very slow in responding to my requests for a return and appropriate packaging.

Feefo emailed twice asking for me to review my purchase but on both occasions (one only a matter of hours old) I was told the link had expired.

It would appear that only positive reviews are allowed to be posted as anything negative never gets published due to this expired link trick.

A dishonest review site, in my opinion, not to be trusted.

Update 28th January:

Feefo have contacted me asking me to get in touch and have the link restored, so I did, only to be told because I'd bought two products (I hadn't, they'd sent the original review link plus a reminder, for the same product) they couldn't do that. I've asked them to explain but as yet have received no reply.

So not only are the reviews questionable, it appears basics like knowing how their own system actually works is up for debate as well.

Laughable.

I won't name the company I wanted to review here as I've done it elsewhere now with a review site that doesn't filter it's content.

Feefo carry out customer reviews on behalf of Cotages.com. I booked a cottage for a xmas trip with family. We arrived at the cottage but the owner was awful, said we hadn’t booked so we had to return home.
I tried to put this info on the Feefo review request but it was censored - the feefo customer services took out the bad customer experience and left the good bits (that referred to the Cottagss.com refunding my money quite quickly. Feefo are just a censor, I won’t ever believe anything written on it.

what a pointless platform for reviews . i tried to share my experience so to help others but after 4 days still my review has not been put up, it seems like that if you want to leave a review and its the slightest point towards negative they will not put it up as if to say this plaform for reviews is paid for by the businesses they are reviwing and will not put up bad reviews ...what a shame
