We signed up to Fergus after having a conversation with the guys at the installer show this year. We decided we do the trial and it payed off. Once all our date had been put on the system it was easy. I completed a couple of zoom meetings with Sarah (who is fab and has the patience of a saint) who talked me through the site in different stages. Left me to have a go then we had another zoom a week later with any more questions I had. So far I'm finding it easy to use with lots of tools I'm learning to use everyday with ease. Fergus is a really powerful yet user friendly bit of software. Over the last 2 years I've been able to use it to help scale my business without losing control, retaining a high level of service for my customers and keeping the need for more office staff down. The support from the team at Fergus has been brilliant and their ability to listen and implement fixes and changes to the software based on what the users want is impressive. There still a few glitches and things they need to implement for the UK market, like CIS tax codes but I have full confidence that all of these little things are in hand and will be resolved. Over all Fergus is the best job management software I have used and I have tried a few! Thanks to Tom and Callum for their continued support and I look forward to all Fergus has to offer with its future development.

KES(SW) is a small commercial electrical contractor with under 10 employees. We intergrated from a mostly paper job management system to Fergus around 6mnts ago. Fergus and Fergus GO has prooven to be indispensable. Fergus is easily intergrated and simple to use allowing us to have better overall control from enquiry to invoice payment. Tom and the team at Fergus are always on hand to assist when required - We wish we had made the change over to Fergus sooner.

I am a self employed electrician and switched to using Fergus from another well known software company. Wow what can I say Fergus is brilliant, it's easy to navigate around. Adding notes, invoices or photos to a job is so easy and with the coloured areas it's easy to see what's going well with your company as well as what needs chasing up.
Like anything, changing to a different layout and software can have its own issues but the support and training given has been first class. Zoom calls were you can talk to an actual human being is so refreshing and brilliant. I would without hesitation recommend to anyone looking for an app / software that keeps track of jobs, costs, labour send outs estimates and invoices and so much more this is the one to go for. They have a really keen pricing structure so swapping has not cost me anymore and I am getting a better service. Brilliant just Brilliant

We've recently changed over to Fergus to get our business better organised during a recent growth spurt. There are many different types of software on the market and I think we auditioned most of them. We settled on Fergus because it is an excellent product but actually it was the customer service that made the decision for us. Tim was excellent during the sales process and gave us the time and help we needed to make such a big decision for our business. Since signing up Tom has been incredibly helpful we have never waited more an hour for a response to a question and don't feel like an inconvenience if we need more advise or info. Would recomend Fergus just on the staff alone.
