This company called themselves Fineline and at the same time called themselves SEHBAC it’s a fraudulent company took money from my wife refused to do what we were asked them to do.
Subcontractor the job where the contractor made some mistakes called their salesman and said he will fight it for us because that’s was not we ordered for.
We have been calling their so call Office no response.
Last 2 weeks we wrote a letter to their so head office in Kent ME8 6FW the letter was returned that they have moved.
We called their manager he said nothing to do with him.
Please do not have any contact done with them because they are not responsible and they have no office where they said in their advert, all they have is Garden centre with one sale representative.

Had Nigel come round to quote us for 2 doors and multiple
windows for the whole house. Very nice man, very helpful and knowledgeable. And couldnt have been any happier with the service provided.

Currently we are replacing our side return glass roof with SEHBAC. So far have been very impressed with their sales representative, Mike Sullivan. Was very knowledgeable about what would work and what wouldn't on my roof and went out of his way to explain the pros and cons of each system. Unlike other companies, Mike seems to have a very thorough understanding of the surveying side of things, building control and what will work and what won't on particular roof types. Mike Sullivan did a very good job for me as the sales contact on my conservatory roof replacement. He was outstanding among several potential suppliers in terms of the speed, quality and comprehensiveness of his responses to my various queries, which is why SEHBAC got the job.

I requested an estimated price for SEH BAC conservatory. I was impressed by how professional and knowledgeable Mr Mike Sullivan who visited the site is. He was on time for the appointment and he made practical suggestions. He sent me a detailed information sheet with the estimated price promptly. If my budget matched the price, I would have ordered the conservatory on same day without a doubt.

We are extremely happy with the work, Mike has been helpful from day one; and gone out of his way to explain clearly and thoroughly all the steps from A to Z. We were looking to replace our old and ineffective double glazing and had invited a few double glazing companies to give us quotes but I have to say, that of the 4 companies that tendered quotes, the salesperson (Terry Browne) from SEHBAC Ltd really stood out. He was very polite, really listened carefully to what we wanted and provided us with a suitable quote in a timely and professional manner. There was none of that pushiness or hard-sell which we have come to dread from double-glazing companies. We found exactly what we wanted from their wide variety of samples and products and are now looking forward to the installation in a few months time.
