Scam, avoid at all costs, if you've ordered something prep yourself for longwinded and purposefully complex and difficult refunds process.

FiveTech have given me the run around for over 3 weeks now, having ordered an ASUS laptop to the tune of £2000 via ASUS who actually are fulfilled by these cowboys on the 28th of December, they weren't able to fulfil the delivery date shown on the site, despite paying the upcharge for faster delivery.

After the items were not dispatched as requested, no confirmation was received. I told them to cancel the order and give me a refund on the (31st of December). They said "Yep we'll sort this for you, refund will be with you in 5 business days" and sent me email confirmation but then proceeded to send the laptop anyway on the 3rd of January which I have refused, I called them shortly after to explain.

They then said "oh well now we have to wait for the item to be back with us before we can issue the refund." (Their fault not mine) So we waited, contacted them again, no news, contacted UPS on the 10th of January, who then kindly told us they (FiveTech) had the laptop since the 6th of January...

Worst part? When I had chased them for an update, 5 mins before I spoke to UPS, they sent me an email saying they didn't have the laptop back yet and that they can't do anything till they've got it confirmed back.

I've since spoken to another agent (Alex) who was the person who emailed me to say the items weren't with them. He then said that he could see my reply with the tracking on to show they had the laptop in their warehouse, and that he would now need to raise a credit note from the warehouse team to then be able to issue us a refund.

Don't waste your time, unfulfilled promises, poor customer service, will avoid answering the phone at any cost and actively hope you just go away.

I've contacted the bank to go through the chargeback process and will report the company to trading standards.

Purchased an Asus watch, they sent a ring doorbell... Spent 6weeks contacting them and they just kept fobbing me off saying they are looking into it. Had to go through PayPal in the end which the finally sent a returns envelope, got refund, no apologies for the 2 months wait or the wrong item sent, if I didn't have PayPal I doubt id have gotten my money back. Avoid

DON'T PAY for express next day delivery!!!!

I ordered a laptop with Express shipping for the next day with of course a hefty fee on top. For the next 4 days, I have been in contact with 4 different person over the phone and email, and they were repeating the same sentences promising that it will be shipped by tomorrow. From this point tomorrow equals to any day that will happen sometimes in the future, but certainly nobody can tell exactly when. Make sure before you buy anything from them, that waiting time is not an issue.

Terrible experience, ordered a monitor from them which turned out to be faulty, which they agreed to repair. They have now had the monitor for over six months, and have failed to repair, replace, or provide a refund. I am now having to go through small claims court to get my money back. AVOID!

Purchased laptop from Asus Store with next day delivery. Item arrived 4 days later no message about any delay in dispatching. Had to personally chase up via the call centre, which is based in Bulgaria. I now know that they are unable to contact the warehouse in the UK by phone and restricted to email only! Item was refused and returned to sender. One week later still waiting a refund from the company! Terrible customer service from start to finish. The "store" do not know what the warehouse are doing so do not expect a speedy response to any queries regarding stock or delivery. Lets be clear... Asus Store UK is just a front for Five Tech.

Black Friday price reductions from this company appear to be a scam, I have paid for my goods on a 2-4 day delivery. The order was placed on 19/11/2022. Goods are in stock and not being released by FiveTech Ltd. This has been confirmed by FiveTech ltd customer services who has confirmed theyre are being held at the warehouse.
It has been over 3 weeks since the order was placed, and it has become clear that FiveTech ltd have no intention of releasing the goods.
I will now be escalating to ASUS international as FiveTech ltd are the UK provider.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I will never use this site again, they are con merchants! I paid extra for express delivery and after 3 days had not even had a dispatch notice. I phoned up and was told my order was being packed but had not yet been dispatched. Later that day I received a phone call telling me that my order had actually been over sold and I would not be receiving my order. They then tried to offer me a "deal" for a similar PC but it would cost me an extra £100!!!!! Absolute joke of a company. DO NOT USE!!!!
