I'm not sure why my previous review was deleted. This is strange and quite suspicious. I had a terrible experience with this company. I unexpectedly fell pregnant a week after signing a 1 year lease agreement for a 1500 sq.ft unit. Within the same time frame, my land lady (for my home) told me that I had to move out as she was selling up. I tried to look very hard for another rental to live in but had no luck ,as the market was so hot at the time.

I spoke to Flexspace to let them know what was going on and the situation I was in. I asked them if I could find another tenant to replace me so that I could leave the area and find a rental to live in elsewhere. Flexspace had no sympathy and it was an outright no. Not even willing to co-operate if I did all the legwork.

An absolutely disgusting way to treat somebody vulnerable, becoming homeless and who, most importantly, is pregnant.

Other people on the estate were also disgusted by the way this company treats their tenants.
