Andy and the team at Fluent recently provided internet phones for us following our transfer to Full Fibre broadband and as an alternative to BT. We don’t embrace change well but needed to update things. Andy explained everything to us simply, so we understood it all. He also made a couple of visits following some issues. The phones are now working brilliantly, and we couldn't be happier. Neither of us would hesitate in recommending Andy and Fluent in the future.

An outstanding service from Fluent who managed a move to a cloud hosted phone system with a turnaround time over just one month. The team took care of things at every stage. We recently needed the broadband service at the Zoomfilms’s offices reinstalled and changed over to a new provider. The service provided by Fluent was exceptional. Andy went above and beyond at every step. He took the initiative to handle all communications with Open Reach and Kelly Communications, sparing me the technical complexities and usual ‘back and forth.’ His dedication was evident as he arrived early and stayed until he was certain everything was working perfectly, and he made sure the Open Reach technician ticked all the boxes and left the cabling and installation neat and tidy.

What can typically be a very frustrating process, was made seamless thanks to Andy’s expertise and commitment. I highly recommend Fluent for their outstanding services and technical know-how.

I used fluent on a recent large project in Tunbridge Wells, there pricing was good and knowledge was brilliant and filled me with confidence, scoping of works was strong and really thorough.

The service was fantastic, Fluent were always in control and knew the project, Andy handled BT and passed over with PM lead Niki doing amazing job project managing the process and holding my hand through the project and handover.

My church in Pembury had been using an outdated and inefficient internet and phone system.
