Excellent Service. I have been with Resource Telecom for 4 years now and the service has been exceptional. Previously our phones, internet and IT repairs were dealt with by 3 separate companies. Whenever an issue arose it became a blame game with all three advising the other was at fault which lead to a drop in service as well as countless hours of wasted time. Bringing the three services under one company has been a breath of fresh air with my staff knowing who to contact in the assurance they will not be palmed off. Highly Recommend!

Our telephone system was 36 years old and we needed a completely new system. We are a large medical practice with many users and we did not relish the thought of the changeover. From the outset, the whole process was straightforward and professional. We had many additional questions after our initial meeting but Martyn was quick to respond and address our queries. On installation day, the team were fantastic and it was a very smooth transition. Barry is exceptionally knowledgeable about the system and programming and even when my team were bombarding him with - can it do? . . could we do?. . . what about? . . . he took it all in his stride - he just exudes calmness and professionalism. Any contact I have had with other members of the team was dealt with efficiently and professionally and your call really was important to them!

We needed a whole new phone system to replace our existing PBX.

Resource were not the cheapest but we assessed them to have the potential to offer the best service; we were not disappointed. They were really easy to deal with, kept us informed about the switch to the new system, conducted the potentially disruptive on-site cabling at the weekend and, on the 'day of truth' they remained on site until we were happy operating the new equipment.

2 issues that we had after installation were resolved quickly and without quibble. We would not hesitate to recommend that you consider Resource telecom for your next Telephony system acquisition.

Resource Telecom Group provide our computer systems and after a bad experience with another company, we decided to approach Resource about providing a new phone system. They kept us well informed throughout the changeover with no disruption to our office or services and provided one-to-one training to all members of staff for the new handsets and portal (the previous company had an engineer to install the handsets but didn’t have anyone able to provide training on site!!).

Easy to contact if any issues arise, which are dealt with promptly! Friendly, professional service. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I rate Resource Telecom very highly and would have no hesitation in recommending them. They have installed 2 telecom systems for me, one from scratch and one to take over an inefficient and costly established system. Their customer support is second to none and no query or request is a bother. As well as their telecoms provision I also use their excellent utilities support and Charlie has constantly sourced the most cost effective electricity and gas providers. What is particularly appreciated is his proactive approach, he is looking out for you all the time and the business has managed to secure good deals in advance of a current contracts expiring. Resource Telecom obviously have a dedicated customer focused team - they have certainly cared for us well over the years.

We have always rated Resource Telecom as a Company who provide excellent customer service - they do what they say they'll do. However, during a major hosted service outage yesterday, they excelled themselves. We were given hourly updates on the issue while engineers worked on a fix. I run a sales business which like most in this day and age is almost entirely reliant on the internet. The staff in general are great but Luke in particular has been exceptionally. Time pressures are a daily struggle and he really can’t do enough for you. He’s purchased my phone and laptop even determining the level of storage required which has alleviated a great deal of stress. For me availability is my primary concern and Luke always replies promptly. For example today I had an issue with my laptop and contacted Luke. Whilst not his role he arranged for John to visit, make the repair and have everything up and running the same day. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend.
