Turned up, late in the day, with a poor quality black and white handout of a powerpoint presentation, needed 32 double sided copies of 13 pages. I didn't expect a while you wait service but they not only delivered this, they got me to send the original from my phone and produced a top quality double sided colour version for the same price. Haven't needed to use their services for a few years since before the move from the town centre shop, but the product and customer service is as excellent as it always was.
