Drove 4.5 hours to view a property that was labeled as "ready for and in great condition" I also rang the agent before setting off asking explicitly if there were any issues not noted in the description, as I didn't want to waste 9 hours of driving.
It turned the pictures of the property were 3 years out of date and the property was in a state of disrepair with mould, rotten beams, render falling off the walls, the garden looked like it hadn't been looked after.
Really disappointing service.

Not a great experience, I tried on a few occasions to get in touch to arrange a house viewing with no luck. My wife eventually managed to book a viewing but after 25 minutes of waiting, no curtesy call saying they would be late and us trying multiple times to contact them we got fed up and left without being able to see the house.

Rented two properties from Fowlers from early 2017 to late 2018.
Found Fowlers to be considerate, caring, responsive and professional.
Deposits returned promptly at end of our tenancies due to us leaving the properties in good order and staff always treated us with respect.
