Instead of being able to start within a week, they didn't get funding. Then they don't allow you to withdraw and apply for a different course that has quicker funding. They also can't give any estimate of how long you'll have to wait. I applied to a course and it took a month to not even start, so I looked elsewhere.

I did a course through them a year ago without such problems, hence 3 stars.

Very poor service, acting as a middleman for the skills network.
They seem very keen and approachable at first, customer support got worse as the application progressed.
After chasing the adviser via email (to which they never replied) regarding a funding email they said I would receive in previous correspondance, wherin I had to accept funding and get instant course access. I called the skills network for further insight, to which they said funding and the course wouldn't be granted for another 2 months!
Would not recommend at all.

They rush you to sign up "send back by 12pm" "send back by 3pm" then keep you waiting weeks, apparently waiting for funding confirmation. I've used other suppliers and it's never taken this long. If you actually want to progress your skills. I would avoid this company, there are much better companies out there offering the same.

Communication from the agents and individual tutors was brilliant. They were always polite and quick to respond and helpful throughout.
The selection of courses was good for my needs however they are limited so may not be suitable for everyone. The courses are easy to complete to gain a footing into various areas of work and give a basic understanding around the area the course looks at.
