We could not recommend Steven Chan enough!
He is such a friendly person but yet so professional, his knowledge and experience in this field shows.
He responds to your emails/calls very quickly and will answer any questions that you have and will take the time to explain things.
His plans/calcs are thorough and detailed, even his fee is super competitive!
If you need help with any building project small or large, Steven is the one to call.
