Approximately 6 months ago I signed up with Fresstart to assist me with SEO and updates to my business website. The service I have received to date has been outstanding - my point of contact Nathan Ready-Williams has been outstanding in his support and guidance with my SEO campaign. I would also mention Ashley Cooke who has been providing me monthly analytical reports and delivering on link building etc for my site. The work has been outstanding, easy and good communication even in these difficult times with the pandemic. Excellent work and giving me good returns.
I have no hesitation in saying give them a call and see what they can do for you.

Dreadful customer service from Jan after I cancelled my Google verification charge. He basically hung up on me. I have read on here that Freestart put extra charges on to customers but have generally ignored these comments. I was rang up by Jan to renew a Google verification charge and was told I had to pay. When I searched for this I found out that this is in fact free. I contacted Jan to cancel the charge and after confirming a few times to him to cancel the charge he hung straight up without any of the normal courtesies given. Maybe they are on a commission for these fees and don't like to have to refund? I am not a happy customer at the moment. They need a lesson in how to speak to customers.
Further to my last review which still stands. I forgot to point out the excellent service given by Robert Leigh in technical dep't. For him I would give 5 stars every time. His knowledge and helpfulness are second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Maybe certain individuals could take a lesson from him! 5 stars for Rob *

Re - Freestart Digital Marketing Dept.
I was contacted last year by Freestart online business solutions - a certain Michael O`connell. He was certainly persistent and assured me he could improve our ranking on google. He had already done his homework and went through a number of suggestion as to what could be done to help us. He was persuasive... So that aside I said yes! I can honestly say everything he said they would/could do they have. Along with the team of Nathan and Hannah they have talked through results and worked with our website provider to add pages and improve what we have. We are busy in the showroom and on the phones. Whats changed? - Freestart being involved with our business. We next plan to use their services for our Social Media (Thanks again Mike for your help in getting me back onto our facebook page without any commitment on my part to also use this other aspect of their service)So would I recommend - yes of course!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people have taken £150 from my account last year to create and make a website for me, i have not heard from them since. They have now taken another £150 from my account i assume for customer support. How the hell can they have customer support of £150 when they haven't even made a website let alone have customer support. I have contact this company about the fraud, which i am apparently to wait 24 hours for contact from them about this. I have had to contact my bank to have the funds returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS, They have said 24 hours to wait, i WILL take legal action with costs if i do not get a response within 24 hours and fraud investigation will start. Avoid all this hassels and stay away from them
