Paul was very helpful in helping me adjust my menu to the way we wanted it. There was a number of new adjustments I required and was diligent and steadfast to ensure that all items were created and set up to the standards that I wanted.

This was a great moment for Fusion but the last few months have been a frustrating one. There promises to resolve situations that have been able to resolved, poor ongoing communication to me and internally within the organisation causing me to have to repeat myself over and over again, without getting anywhere.

So despite Paul being amazing in this moment it is not enough for me at this current juncture to recommend this organisation. Hopefully this view will change within time when these good moments become consistently embedded within Fusion Pos's systems and overall work culture.
