18 months in and I can honestly say it has been the best business move I have ever made.I am financiay better off and the business runs smoother I feel in control for the first time in years.
I was very aprehensive at first especially considering the increase in cost from my previous system.Trust the process it works and works very well.
Also the community that has grown around Hive is really quite special
Awesome company with awesome staff with an awesome product if I could give them more stars I would.
PS we as a company have been using computers in some form since 1979 and have run loads of different systems even a bespoke costing £££££s back in the day never found one that come close to what we wanted "Hive works" simple as, the best out there with fantastic back up.

I switched over to Garage Hive in 2019, my previous very well known garage management software was slow in operation and the financial reporting was very poor and made little if any sense, the technicians hated the clocking system and I still had two years left on my previous contract when I first came across Garage Hive. Following a meeting with Alex in Nottingham I could see first hand how he uses GH across his 7 branches, the data on show was a game changer for me and I decided to buy out the remainder of my contract, this was a wise decison.
End of day for us now means end of day and we know exactly where we are financially. Add to this the brilliant ideas and support through Covid I simply cannot recommend Garage Hive enough, the team are really suppportive, listen to your feedback and implement changes that help the whole GH community.
The reporting in Power BI is frst class and contiunally being adjsuted to make it even better. Keep up the good work GH team!

Sadly, after being sold the dream - we have been left short of success. After a few days of inception of our relationship, we couldn’t progress due to ill health - literally unable to move and work - so we naturally informed the Company and as we didn’t / couldn’t access the platform assumed that as we were willing to cover Garage Hives costs to Microsoft, they would work with us allowing us to work on building the platform and our relationship. After all the hype of community and working together, awards showing similar - we thought this Company would want a long term relationship and would take a view that Community means looking after each other, and that they would see the mutual benefits. Despite raising these issues, we have been left to raise concerns publicly as this platform is not all that appears, do not believe the hype. Wish that things were different as we were truly excited of what could have been and thought after many demos and trials that we had chose well… Garage Hive could be the best platform in the world, we’ll never know - but we do know their Customer Care is 1/10.

This software has transformed our business for the better. I would argue after trying other market leading software companies that this is the leading one.
Anyone reading this review scared of the jump.... do it! - we were sceptical, employing 21 staff and average 600 jobs per month.

We've been using Garage Hive since August 2020. We had outgrew our existing Garage Management system and I wanted more functions like clocking on/off jobs, monitoring efficiencies, electronic checklists, automated notifications etc. What I got was so much more! The functions are so innovative and the information that Garage hive gives about your your business is incredible and obsessive. (No more waiting from one year to the next for the accountant to tell if there had been a profit). The Industry trends are insightful.
The system is complex (no management system worthwhile is simple) but the support they offer is unrivaled. And the community that they have brought together is a breath of fresh air. My business is more profitable because of Garage Hive.

Excellent service and staff always there to help. Garage hive is transforming how we run our workshop, it takes some time to set up and get going so you have to put the work in to get the best out of the product but it really does take the workshop to the next level once you get there. And the amount of data you can track and reflect on is such a valuable tool to help make those important decisions about the future.
