I wanted to thank you very much for helping me with my IT problem yesterday, you and your colleagues always go "the extra mile" and it is very much appreciated!
I had spent a few hours trying to resolve a "Onedrive" synchronization problem and had reached the full extent of my IT "skills" (I hardly had any hair left either 😉). I had an important meeting later where access to this information would be vital!
Can you please pass my thanks on to your colleague Jack who effortlessly took over my PC and resolved my issues in a few minutes, he was just brilliant! He was reassuringly calm and friendly and didn't comment on my obvious lack of knowledge, which I am very grateful for!

The guidance, support and a great deal of work (especially by Jack) on our recent project to replace our IT infrastructure and operating systems was absolutely exemplary. Everything went better than planned in terms or timescale, cost and value. Jack was absolutely pivotal in the smooth transition and understood many issue quite possibly outside of his brief to give us a very comprehensive changeover. For example, his knowledge of Sage Financial Controller and his willingness always to earn, saved us a great deal of time and trouble. Likewise with several other bespoke applications that he also successfully migrated.

I am delighted with the result and this great new system will allow us to achieve even great scaleability, not to mention peace of mind having Get Support as our new partner!
