I have had two experiences of using G&G Tech services and I completely and confidently recommend them as a technically competent and well priced service company. They replaced my old computer with a renovated PC and all my data was successfully restored.
Recently, my mobile phone had 7 viruses which they removed and restored the systems to a high standard. Their fee for this essential work was very well priced. In my opinion they are experts in their field of work.

I had problems with a hard drive and reached out to G&G.From the outset they were very helpful and informative. They diagnosed the issues. I needed my data recovered. They went ahead and did this in a highly punctual manner keeping in touch by phone, email, and messenger. Very happy. Dan came out to help set up my new gaming PC, he installed the GPU and moved my M.2 drives to the optimal slots to prevent lane sharing.

I had a windows update corrupt my pc. I took it to G&G and they fixed it within half a day and the coupler was back to running normally. Great customer service and would 100% reccomend. I will be using them again 🙂

Dan offered an excellent service and helped to diagnose an ongoing problem with my laptop. It was unrepairable due to unknown water damage and he sourced a reconditioned model for me at a reasonable price. He found two options for me so I had a choice of colours and prices and then transferred the old hard disc into the new machine, so I still had all my old files, folders and photos! I am thrilled!!

He was patient with me, even though I had problems resetting passwords and going through various verifications processes, such as regaining bitlocker codes. He explained everything in a thorough and easy-to-understand way …. Not blasting me with techy language and phrases.

Would recommend to anyone experiencing computer issues or looking to source a pre-owned machine at a fraction of the price of a brand new one. A welcome edition to Fleet High Street!

I had started having battery issues with my MacBook Air which were causing it to shut down even when it was showing as having plenty of battery charge. I contacted Dan and dropped the device in to his new shop on Fleet Road, and have just received it back from him with a new Apple battery fitted. Thank you Dan for your help in getting it diagnosed, and a new Apple battery ordered and fitted. I like that Dan uses genuine Apple parts rather than an alternative and I would highly recommend you contact him if you are having any computer issues.
