I discovered this place when I was looking to build a gaming PC. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful.
Andrew, I believe is the owner, helped me to finalise a pc build. I bought the parts that he helped me to make a decision on and made sure everything was compatible and was very thorough with getting the machine built in good order and updated me with the progress.
I would recommend this place to anyone in Oxford looking for tech repairs, builds and advice.

My laptop broke randomly by the hinges, took it here to get it repaired, they were very patient with explaining the process on how it would be repaired. The only issue is that My laptop repair took much longer Than I was told it would. however they were kind enough to lend me a laptop to use in the meantime! my laptop is working perfectly fine now! Would definitely recommend.

High recommended! People are friendly and fixed my phone with very reasonable charge! Thank you! Super speedy service and friendly staff! My laptop SSD failed and Gigafix replaced it the next working day. Staff were extremely helpful, explained the whole process very clearly and did not charge me for diagnosis of the problem. I needed a new battery for my old-ish MacBook. The staff very nice and transparent - they explained the cost structure to me and it was very clear what would happen and how much it would cost at every stage. This put me at ease and that’s why I decided to go with them. The battery replacement happened on time and everything works great now. Would definitely recommend this place!
