A jewel in the GM crown. Fabulous facility, great event space and office rental and co-working options for cyber related business large and small.

Excellent, comprehensive range of funded business support available to members.

Great event co-working and event space in the heart of Manchester. The internet is solid and quick, the desks are well appointed, there are offices you can take too.

There's always something in here, so to network with other security companies is really easy. You can also get access to solve of the Local Universities as they also attend here too.

Would definitely look at the hot desk areas here as they are very reasonably priced.

Only negative is that it could do with better external signage.

The place started off to a good start, its outside surrounding area is pleasant and of high prestige as far as a British city goes, clean, modern appearance, inside is smart and clean.

Ample eating areas and two fair sized kitchens, lots of open works space area which i don't find of much use or good for distraction free working while the private spaces are slightly lacking space, they all just seem to awkwardly be needing just that extra couple of feet in width and length while walking areas and often unused seating areas outside offices have way too much space allocated.

It is too expensive and has been in a slight maintenance decline, resolution of maintenance issues is very very slow.

There is absolutely no exterior air circulation, the place has only got recirculated air, the air quality rapidly drops in its many rooms to unrecommended Co2 ppm levels. Maintaining a comfortable working atmosphere is challenging. Rooms with windows don't even offer much air flow and outside can be too noisy to warrant keeping them constantly open.

There is little wrong with this place but the negative points on price, private space size and air quality are too big to ignore.
