Buggy system, I feel almost as though I'm field testing their software for them. Constantly saying issues are fixed which they may temporarily, but they come back. Is this a white label software that Grafterr are middleman for?

No admin app, have to go through browser which isn't easy to navigate on the phone and asks me to complete captcha EVERY time.

Can't believe I pay for this each month.

I can't fault ePos Hybrid at all. Their equipment is well built, responsive and quickly delivered. Not tech savvy? Don't worry about that because they will take your menu and set it up exactly how you want. The system is extremely user friendly particularly for those who offer collection and delivery services from their takeaway. The team in Edinburgh have been great and you get your own dedicated Customer Success manager who will guide you through setup. They also offer their own payment gateway so they really do offer it all under the one system. Speak to the team, get a demo if you are unsure if it's the tool for you... but I don't think you will be disappointed.

Their support teams are very responsive and will even call you to talk you through issues or to remote on to your epos to guide you or for you to show them any issues. Support tickets are generally responded to within hours. Great service. Great company who I think will give the big companies a run for their money.

Please avoid, every month it will be down 10 times minimum and all they say is they’re working on it. Will of course happen during busy service, they tried to rebrand the company but it’s a complete circus show.

Touch screen system is really slow and unresponsive. I have reduced from 4 to 2 stars

Really good customer service, till is new and seems a bit slow in terms of touch responsiveness, I went for the pro version.
Seamless process from initial stages to setup which was really good.
The menu updater is good; you just upload and someone gets on with it.

After a faltering start to my "ePOS Startup Call" with a member of their training team (initial phone call was fine, but connection to Zoom on terminal was problematic, so ended up connecting via my laptop), the adviser was very friendly, patient and helpful. Ditto when I called up an hour or so later with a query, which they eventually resolved. System is fairly easy to set-up and very easy to use. So far so good.

Very impressed with the level of customer service and support we’ve received from Epos Hybrid during these early days. Having a 24/7 response team makes all the difference especially when you work nights in the hospitality industry. Nothing has been too much for them. Keep up the great work!!

I wasn’t sure from the beginning to go with Epos hybrid but I said I will try it out because there was many options and future available isn’t easy for choosing the right system that works for your business. And now I can tell I’m a happy customer and I did get the support if I call during business hours only there’s not 24 hours support and Im sure you won’t need it.
Support team are very used to their system.
The Only bad experience I had and still have is that the card machine if you don’t used from there own brand then you have problems to integrate to your Epos all the time.
I hope they can improve this matter.

Excellent epos system with all required features. Left my last service provider ( foodhub )because of poor customer service and i can say customer service i've been getting here is wonderful. Specially yash and darren always there to sort out the issues and respond to issues within minutes. I'll Definitely recommend 👌
