I would highly recommend Granite innovations. Katrina was excellent at communicating throughout the process from start to finish, very prompt with replying to my emails and answering all my questions. Mark who does the templating, cutting and fitting is very good, he has been in the business for years so knows exactly what he is doing. I absolutely love my quartz worktop, it’s even better than I ever imagined.

After getting our worktops from Granite Innovations we didn’t hesitate to order our granite hearth from them too. I emailed Katrina describing what I was after & she came back to me straight away saying she had a piece of granite in store which sounded perfect for what I wanted. Mark cut it to size & had it ready within the week. I couldn’t be happier with how my fireplace looks.

I can't recommend Granite Innovations highly enough, superb start to finish. From choosing the quartz, the patience Katrina showed whilst we looked and providing really insightful and useful recommendations to the templating and finally fitting - blown away by the customer service. We have had a horrible experience with our kitchen fitting, highlighting the necessity to find people that are top of their game. Our fitters made errors but the templating done, and done with so much care and precision has hidden all their errors and left us the most beautiful kitchen. The worktops, purchasing through to fit has been the most stress free element of the renovation but also the most impactful. You will not find better. I spoke with 4 different companies, all similar in price and about half that of Howdens, but Granite Innovations gave me the confidence they knew what they were doing and would do an outstanding job. We weren't disappointed. Have already recommended to my sister in law who has just booked them. Will continue to recommend to any and all. 5* service. Thank you Katrina and team.

Granite Innovations delivered and fitted our Kitchen worktop, Splashback, breakfast bar, & window sills to perfection. Great price and service. Work was done on agreed dates (sometimes earlier as well). Katrina did a great job from start to end. Highly recommended.

My elderly mother had brought a new hob she did not realise it was bigger than the old hob. We live on Hayling Island and I had rang/emailed so many people to see if they would cut the Granite. I was not getting anywhere nobody was willing to cut the Granite. I then found Granite Innovations online and sent an enquiry to see if they could cut it. I received an email back straight away they wanted pictures and more detail. I was so pleased when they agreed they could cut the granite on site. We agreed a date Granite Innovations arrived promptly and cut the Granite. They were very professional and explained it would be very loud and messy. The Granite was duly cut. I would highly recommend Granite Innovations they have been excellent to deal with mum is very pleased with the work they provided. Thank you So much
