Josh and Nicci created an entirely new, custom built website for us on the Aero Commerce platform. Our old site had so many issues that were creating a lot of admin work for us, and also wasn't smooth sailing for our customers. It was a big investment getting a new website, but it's reduced our workload, reduced the number of customer enquiries by email (because the site is so easy to use), and it's increased our average order value as well as our conversion rates. We were previously on Woo Commerce but we needed lots of plug-ins and they often conflicted with each other causing bizarre issues. On this new site, every time we asked Josh & Nicci if they could add a custom feature, they said yes, and then they created a feature that's even better than we expected. They really know their stuff when it comes to retail websites and they know what works well for customers. They always consider what we need and yet somehow they're one step ahead of us and know how to make it even better than we imagined. We can't recommend them highly enough. If you need a custom site that fits to your specific requirements, these are the guys for you. Just some of the custom features we have on our site are: five currencies, customers adding to their order before dispatch, items for pre-order, digital items that are delivered differently depending on the buyer's location, items that can be sold by length, e.g. 10cm, 50cm. And there's many more. Basically we're just really happy with it!

Nicci is very easy to talk to and she understands the needs of the customer, I didn't need to keep going back and forth every 5 mins. Nicci asked me what I would like and how I want it to look, it was then all done with in 3 weeks, think it was less than that.
