I rang the office earlier in the week and asked if they could deliver a 8 yard skip to me on thursday 17th April, they said yes and they took my payment in full and emailed me a receipt, I rang back on Wednesday and tried to confirm a time when the skip will arrive on thursday, I was told it will be any time so I accepted.
I waited untill 4pm on thursday and rang the office again, they told me drivers are delivering untill 5pm so it won't be long, I waited untill 5.05pm and rang back and typical, no one answered the phone, I'm guessing they finished for the day. I rang a few times on good Friday but no answer so I'm guessing they closed untill next week, my problem is what the hell do I do now?...I wanted to fill up the skip over the Easter long weekend, it's the only time I had planned to carry out my works, what makes Grountech think that they can take my payment and not deliver as promised, ontop of that even if they had problems to deliver on the date promised then why not let me know so that I can make other arrangements?
Overall a terrible service from these guys and I will be cancelling when they can be bothered to answer the phone and I will be expecting a full refund!
In the future I will go to someone more reliable!

Whenever we need to hire a skip, I'm always happy to call Ground Tech UK. I often need assistance at short notice and I find them friendly and professional to deal with. Lewis is always happy to help and flexible as well - thank you very much.
