Worst , different prices online than store. VIP club says get 20% discount but nowhere online only . Not happy with the service. I would be fine if the response from the staff was polite.

GSF customer services are dire, can’t speak to a human, chat bots stop responding when you ask to speak to someone some, emails go unanswered. Local store will have nothing to do with online purchases and just facilitates the return of the item to central distribution hub. Never found it so difficult and time consuming to replace a faulty item! In the meantime the car is off the road unless I buy another battery from the store whilst the original is processed.

First and only time I’ll try and use GSF. Ordered an item that was in stock at a nearby store. Travelled to store to collect, paid and then they couldn’t find the item after 10 minutes. Clearly it’s not been reserved and has been sold. Was given a refund, but a fruitless trip to their store.

Ordered oil & fuel filter and engine oil on Friday afternoon and collected and paid for the items Monday Morning. Exact items ordered were supplied and in good condition. Easy to park at the premises and collected with no queues.

The range available & pricing are definitely plus points but service is slightly optional. The counter is barely staffed & recently when I needed to get a refund on a part (within minutes of buying, just not quite right) they just pushed to sell more stock to keep the sale instead of helping by refunding. Service was so painfully slow I eventually just swallowed the £5 loss to get on with my day.

Useless pre ordered parts 3days in advance to be told there in stock and will be waiting. On collection day one part was not available as agreed/ordered. I thought I’ll give them a go it’s been a while, you’ve had your chances no more £££ from me.
