As your carer Juliette cannot listen about ringing my intercom, and decided to try to intimidate myself yet again this evening with her two dogs for a third time, there is now a law suit being taken out against her for harassing me, when you're company know of the situation. Juliette does not live at Belmont House I have done a 12 hour shift at work. I will not move my car off the drive way. The police are now involved! I have now taken a picture of a the sign about parking for residents only! Your company have left me know choice bout to take a law suit out against Juliette. I will not put up with any form of abuse from a woman who thinks she can talk to me any way she please, an has the audacity, to say she will let her dogs loose on me! And I will not tolerate any abuse from a woman!

The care delivered is outstanding. I was only saying the other day...if I ever had to go in to care, then this is how I'd want to be treated. They've been looking after a dear friend and they've made a massive difference into their quality of life. I HIGHLY recommend the agency.

I joined hots two years ago and haven't look back since! They pay well, have treated me fairly and try to work around my needs and availability as a single mum.
The team feels like family and they look out for each other when life gets challenging.

We have been using Heart of the South for nearly 2 years and we are very happy with the service. Our son enjoys his time out, with his PA Frankie. He always seems happy going off out ( our neighbours have remarked on it) and seems a happy lad on his return. All suggestions have been taken on board and dealt with in a positive manner. All the staff seem a great and approachable bunch of people. Keep up the good work

My son has been using hots for 4 years now and we are more than happy with the support hots gave given our family they do not only support our son they also support us in so many ways the list goes on and on , my son has Adhd and asd and learning diffcults and challenging behaviour, the staff support him to clean his room make his lunch and help him with support with sailing . Bowling , swimming, golf etc they also support him with life skills dealing with money and working on social skill with out hots we would not cope with day to day things they are a great support to us

Untrustworthy, please do not allow your loved ones to be entrusted in their 'care'. Absolutely shocked and saddened at their actions and lack of care and professionalism.
