I phoned this firm of solicitors as a needed a signature witnessing.

I was told to call In the following day. I was told what ID I needed, the cost and a time-frame based on the solicitors prior appointments.

I took time out of work and called in to be told by another member of staff that, “You really need an appointment for this” and “The solicitor is really busy”.

No apology and no checking with the Solicitor to see if my form could be witnessed, as I had apparently been previously misinformed.

The lady then suggested I try the Solicitors round the corner!! Turning away a future client, not what I was expecting.

I will definitely not be using this firm in the future.
