HDS is a great system, easy to use and nothing is ever a problem for Gareth. If he doesn't know an answer he will get straight back to you. If you need the system adapting to suit your needs Gareth is always there to assist on both the EPOS and the backend reporting. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Working with Gareth at Hospitality Digital Services has been great; we had a problem, he had the solution. Nothing was too much trouble and I wasn't the easiest of customers asking for amends & changes throughout the Christmas booking process to suit our business, but the overall outcome was a great success - we had a tool fit for purpose, a contact that was on hand for support as and when we needed it and with the foresight to work with feedback to further develop and enhance the tool.

We are a live music venue (The Rhodehouse) and have purchased the web based EPOS, we have been using for the last 6 weeks and we are extremely happy with the way it works, smooth interaction, easy to use backend, price changes etc. The back end reporting is also great you can manage your stock and best sellers very easily!
Not just that but the service that has been provided by Gareth is second to none, always picks up the phone and will always help you whenever you need. HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking at one of their services!
