Unfortunately my partners website was migrated to host presto when they acquired the company that hosted it, which incidentally had run without hitch for years.

Since host presto have taken over we have had nothing but issues with billing which mean they suspend the site frequently which loses my partner business.

Having needed to pay manually every month for a year we eventually got it setup on pay pal for recurring payments only for them to put their prices up, which is life we get it, but they only take the old amount automatically, leaving a £1.20 balance, and today the website suspended again!

We subscribe to dozens of other services which take automatic monthly payments and have none of these issues, Why is it so difficult to work with this company.

I have been using HostPresto for many years. My support tickets and issues are always dealt with prompty and I find their prices reasonable.

Been with the company many years but the latest issue is going round in circles. Despite constant blocking of our main IP Address they won't escalate the issue. We have done everything asked of us yet never get a full response. Currently looking at alternative providers

Receiving invoices from this company while I never ordered any services from them. Send multiple e-mails, only get a reply I have to login to a Hostpresto customer environment to discuss further about the false invoice. Very difficult to come in contact with this company. Only to get forced to login. Also send a request to delete my details, but the only answer is I have to login to their customer environment. What a waste of time.

We approached HostPresto to provide technical support and web hosting for our project (duplicating our current plesk website). I initially had a telephone conversation with Mike who explained the process and provided a quotation for the work. After paying the invoice and giving the go ahead everything was complete approximately 24 hours later (incredibly quick!). Mike continued to keep me informed during the process and helped with another minor technical issue.

HostPresto are the most incompetent web host I have ever experienced. After a recent break up. Nick from hostpresto allowed access to my account without the correct password or email. He then allowed the person to remove a domain from my account this is his reply when challenged 

“ Hi Damian,

The person who updated the details had all the relevant security information for the account including the contact name, postal address, email address and last 4 digits of a card number on the account, they also provided evidence from their own bank account showing the payments made to us for said account. Unfortunately we cannot get involved in domestic disputes of this nature we can only following our process for resetting account details without access to the email address on the account and they were able to provide all the security information we required.

also part of an email sent to me by the ex partner “ I explained this to admin at hostPresto and when they saw that my card details matched, they granted me access and changed the login details to my email address. “

I am now going to take legal action against hostpresto 

I am sure everyone is aware of the countless laws broken here
