I was suffering from severe pain in my shoulder for weeks with an unknown cause. I could barely even change gear, I rode it out and although the agony had subsided slightly before I had managed to see a professional, I thought I would still make an appointment to find out the cause. I saw Sally for just two appointments and she helped me to see that i had been suffering from a trapped nerve, she gave me some exercises to do which really helped me, and both appointments she really got to work in my shoulders and found the root cause of my issues. I feel confident now that I can help and understand my pain if I ever experienced a trapped nerve again :). I am so relieved it’s all gone. Thankyou Sally!

Had a number of physio sessions earlier in the year following Achilles reconstruction surgery.. Can’t recommend Katie highly enough. Very engaging and professional approach. Katie asks the right questions to understand how you feel about your condition and what your expectations for recovery are then tailors the treatments accordingly..
I know the approach Katie took really helped in my recovery
Have recently had a further ankle operation and have booked some more sessions

I had 10 sessions with Donall following a road traffic accident. I found Donal to be very professional in all aspects of the sessions. Always explained what he was going to do. I highly recommend you pay this company a visit if you have any injuries that need sorting. Excellent service and thank you.

Not a good experience
Booked a yoga course, which I was looking forward too. Paid up front on line
Unfortunately, I was given wrong post code and different place for course and the traffic getting there was horrific. I phoned to say I’d be late and I’d arrived. At different location 🤨. That’s to be told on phone I’d got it wrong and had been sent an e mail with correct address on it. I beg to differ
In fact to find the course had started and the lady In question switched her phone off. Even when I’d asked her to keep her phone on and I would be with her shortly. Got to the correct address knocking on door and telephoned mobile to say I’d arrived and left message. To then go straight to answer machine. After ten minutes of banging and waiting, phoned to say I’d waited long enough and was going home. Then had a text 45 minutes later to ask “if I’d arrived.”
Got home and sent a text to say, I would not attend again. I did not even get an apology
Totally disgraceful
I’ve also paid up front for a course next month, with no offer of refund
