Having several shops, I needed a more sophisticated EPoS system that had the ability to provide quality and tangible usable data to enable me to make more informed buying decisions. Their consultant Iain paid a visit to the shops to gain a full understanding of the business. This then made whole process of working with ICR Scotland was very easy, straightforward, seamless and professional as we got a system that suited the specific needs of my business for now and the future. ICR Scotland came highly recommended, they created a bespoke solution that fitted our specific requirements.

Being a reward crowd funded bar, customers who pledged an investment received double the money back in beer. ICR worked closely with our web developers and came up with a membership card scheme that read the customers balance on the till as well as link the data to the customers online account via our webpage. They also got all 2000 cards designed and printed.

I would certainly recommend ICR Scotland. Iain made the whole process seamless, and their knowledgeable helpdesk were always on hand to answer any queries we had very quickly and efficiently.
