I recently moved to identify from another company who I had worked with for 2 years. I cannot put the difference in service into words. I have been working with Matt who is excellent. We have needed a lot of website updates and things correcting from poor work at the old company. This was done quickly and efficiently with excellent communication.

The team are trustworthy and come up with great suggestions to best improve the site. I was previously tied into a long contract but identify are happy to work without this, which shows how confident they are in their work.

I would highly recommend the team to anyone and look forward to growing our website with their help.

The team at Identify are brilliant in all senses of the word: they provide creative solutions to any requirements we bring to them, and they do this quickly and with a high level of customer service. Jordan goes above and beyond to provide support with even the smallest of questions we have, and Connor has solved challenges for us promptly and thoroughly on several occasions.
