I made the mistake of trying to save a few pounds and chose to purchase a TV from this company. The listing on Amazon had an option for an open box product (supposedly tested and approved to be working by their technicians), which I bought. The TV arrived promptly; the only issue seemed to be the box, as it was a bit worn. However, since it's a used product, I didn't expect it to be in pristine condition. Upon opening the box, the TV seemed fine as there were no signs of damage. However, when I turned the TV on, the screen was damaged. I immediately requested a refund and sent the TV back the next day (I had some issues with that at the post office as well because their address doesn't appear as Ikonik Technology Ltd.). The returns aren't free, by the way. After that came the nagging part. I received no confirmation that they even received the TV safely. So, after about 3 weeks of me messaging every week to remind them about the return, I finally got my money back (funny how it doesn't take 3 weeks to charge the card for the purchase). Luckily, this only cost me £16 in postage fees, as other customers don't seem as lucky based on their reviews. Never again.

I have ordered quite a few bits from Ikonic over the years. Items include the Lenovo X1 fold which I got for under half the RRP, Lenovo Tablets for all of my family, TVs for the living room and bedrooms and more recently one of their curved Samsung screens for a gaming room (my personal favourite). Their service is great, all products have been flawless and have dealt with both the main sales team for quotes and their colleagues in the Amazon department who assisted me with deliveries and once with an issue I had with a remote. All very friendly and helpful. A* service.

Always had a positive experience and will continue coming back to them when i need more tech!

Scammers, avoid this seller, he sent me a second hand Samsung Odyssey Neo G9, defective and damaged, passing it off as new, now I am forced to go to a Samsung center to have the monitor fixed at my expense because this seller is dishonest, I cannot ask for a return because I'm afraid of being scammed a second time.

I recently bought a laptop & 2 monitors from this company and the service was excellent. The products were in perfect condition, the delivery was fast and the prices were very reasonable. I've tried other companies before and always tried someone else afterwards but I'll go back to this company for sure.

Accidentally ordered 2 monitors via Amazon, returned 1 12 days ago and have still not had a response or refund. Amazon have said I need to wait 14 days before I can escalate!
Disgusting I should wait this long for a refund when you expect payment immediately

I cant thank Ikonic enough, their service was excellent, I ordered a lap top computer which got delivered straight away and the price was very competitive.

ordered to save a few pounds over mainstream websites, we tried to cancel with24 hours well before delivery as the client changed their mind and they wanted a 40% restocking fee?!?! We coudnt take that hit so now have 3ks worth of equipment to diuspose of
