These guys are absolutely awesome. I needed help taking signs down for a business relocation… although the original signs were not theirs. They visited when arranged and actually had to come back 3 times due to high winds and H&S factors. They never charged me extra.

I find it So refreshing to deal with a company that cares about customer service. I would highly recommend this business 100%.
Fast efficient, respectful, friendly and cost effective… can’t fault them. Brilliant!!

If only I could give negative stars. DO NOT waste your time and money.

I placed a simple order the beginning of February, told 10 working days. No other communication until i tried to make a complain. Happy to take your money straight away but then produce nothing. Got the usual, oh its been shipped but royal mail haven't delivered - no tracking details or anything. Now they are choosing to ignore me and my request for a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. This was part of a company's contract they agreed to do all printing for. My business associate is still awaiting a banner she ordered in November - same excuse. 4 or 5 other people are still awaiting their supposed 2nd batch of printing as they got the same excuse in January - royal mail haven't sent out.

This order was for new season catalogues for customers - meaning loss of earnings!

The £35 small claims court fee will be well worth it just to try and get them to take notice and respond.

We are a charity who raise funds for our local Plymouth primary school, and placed an order for child-designed Christmas cards and wrapping paper etc in December 2022. We were due to receive a % of all funds raised. The ordering process was tortuous to say the least and many parents were unhappy with the quality of the products, but they did at least (eventually) deliver them. However there was no sign of the funds raised. Eventually we had to apply for (and were awarded) a CCJ. This didnt prompt Imattination to pay us a penny. I see they're associated with several children's theatre and youth groups and its really disappointing to know that they have withheld funds from our children's charity whilst continuing to trade and be involved with other organisations. We've been trying to contact someone at Imattination for almost 18 months now. Phone messages, emails, Facebook messenger contacts all go unanswered. Horrible company with clearly no morals or scruples

After speaking with Matt at Immatination in Mid March 2021 RE getting some Wrapping Paper printed onto a Recycled quality, I was assured that they have many suitable options and we arranged for me to get some samples of my designs printed onto some of the recycled papers to then make a bulk order. I happily sent off my designs to Matt 2 days later and awaited a reply.....nothing!! I then called a week later to which a girl answered and reassured me that they are busy and will make my order a priority and get it on the printer on the Friday that week. Again, a week later no email or confirmation of dispatch. I called back again 2 weeks later after still no contact and was assured AGAIN that my order will be processed that week! Nothing!! After almost 2 months had passed in May I tried calling them each week and my calls were no longer being answered. I also messaged on their Facebook and still no reply. This business are shockingly poor and would recommend no-one send any designs over to them. I am now concerned that they may have used my designs and have no control over getting them back. Do not shop with this fraudulent "company"!!

Amazing company to deal with start to finish! I received my order so quickly and the quality of the teddy and scan picture is just fab! A gift for life and great value, would definitly order again and would highly recommend to friends and family, Matt was very responsive and super helpful for all my questions thanks again 😊

I don’t usually leave reviews- life is too busy for that - but I really felt I should this time. The team at immattination have been so helpful whenever I have contacted them, with very quick replies to emails and a thoroughly professional customer service. My daughter designed a Christmas card at school. She was very pleased with what she had done - until her brother helpfully pointed out that she’d spelt “Christmas” wrong (she’d left out the h). She was absolutely mortified and forbade me to buy or send any. I contacted the team who were so helpful and cleverly and seemlessly slotted in the missing letter as if it had been there all along! Now I have been able to buy and send them to everybody - a lovely bespoke design! Thank you immattination
